The staff's friendly and personal approach enhanced our experience, creating a cozy atmosphere for our stay in this historic hotel amidst the bustling Christmas Markets. The central location near Wenceslas Square allowed us to easily explore the beautiful city of Prague. The attention to detail, from the Swarovski chandelier to the spacious and well-equipped rooms, truly made our stay memorable.
